Welcome to the HIVOS-IICD Strategic Partnership Evaluation Web Site

This web site synthesizes the evaluation report prepared for the HIVOS project 'IICD Country Programmes - Zambia and Ecuador’ (WW059I02).

The project is about the Strategic Partnership between HIVOS and IICD during the period 2003-2006, focused on Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D).

Each page allows for further reading on its particular aspect of the evaluation.
